Cleanrooms have extremely strict requirements for environmental cleanliness, standardized operation and emergency response efficiency. Traditional communication solutions often fail to meet the demands of efficient collaboration within sterile environments.
Built on an IP network architecture, this solution integrates dustproof embedded hardware and zone-based public broadcasting functions. It enables contact-free communication, emergency alarm triggering and unified dispatch management inside clean areas, guaranteeing uninterrupted production processes and personnel safety.
The devices adopt embedded installation and dustproof sealed design to prevent contamination of cleanroom environments.
Supports one-touch alarm, sub-second call setup and linkage of zone-based broadcasting, enabling instant response to emergencies.
Adopts wideband audio coding and echo cancellation technology to deliver clear voice communication even in noisy surroundings.
Seamlessly integrates with access control, video surveillance and fire alarm systems; compliant with SIP protocol to realize interconnection with third-party systems.
Broadcast zones are divided according to cleanroom classification, allowing independent broadcast content management for each area.
The design of this solution strictly complies with current national standards and relevant regulations, ensuring full-process compliance covering system design, equipment selection, construction & installation, and acceptance testing.
Major referenced standards are listed as follows:
ISO 14644-1 — 《International Standard for Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments》
GB 50472-2008 — 《Code for Design of Clean Factory Buildings in Electronic Industry》
IETF RFC 3261 — SIP 2.0 Protocol Specification
G.168-2014 — 《Digital Network Echo Canceller Standard》
GB 50116-2013 — 《Code for Design of Automatic Fire Alarm System》
GB 50057-2010 — 《Code for Design of Protection against Lightning of Buildings》
The cleanroom public address and intercom system is built on an IP network architecture. Via access switches and core switches, it enables seamless interconnection among corridor equipment (ceiling-mounted speakers, one-touch call terminals, IP network power amplifiers), internal cleanroom equipment (emergency call terminals), and control room devices (duty telephones, uninterruptible power supplies, core switches, SIP dispatch servers, etc.).
As the core control unit of the system, the SIP dispatch server is responsible for signal processing and device registration management, ensuring stable and efficient voice communication. This IP network architecture facilitates system expansion and maintenance, and can also be effectively integrated with the enterprise’s existing IT infrastructure.

Supports multiple extended linkage scenarios:
The duty telephone is equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen to realize the following functions:
The system server is equipped with a 250GB SSD, which can store recordings for no less than 3 months. Recordings support query and playback by time or device.
