The system provides full-duplex voice communications between all stations, with call forwarding. The emergency telephone system is used as a backup communication link between important positions in the power plant and can transfer calls;

● The system is smaller in scale than the automatic telephone system. System telephones are mainly installed in the main control room, remote shutdown operation room, technical support center and other key operating areas.
